What do you like about working at Nokia?

"the working environment is excellent and the kind of support which we get from our seniors is remarkable.There is ample opportunity for everyone to explore new things and learn new things within this organisation. Also not to forget the transparency the organisation has with all its employees."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be calm and clear about what are your priorities in life and will you able to accomplish all these while working with the company. Be fundamentally clear about your technical knowledge. Don't bluff if you don't know an answer."

What don't you like about working at Nokia?

"The lower package as compared to the years of experience. There is no proper way to decide the compensation given to existing and new joinees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think the management should really take care about the decisions while giving a higher salary to a new joinee, while the existing gets much lower even if he has a more experience. This just leads to lower output from the existing employee out of frustration."
