With my experiences and my understanding of the company, this is a place for entry level employees. So, if you are entry level looking to learn I highly suggest NJYP.com, but if you are more familiar with designing, developing, and the technical side, such as hosting, domains, SSL, troubleshooting, emails hosting, along with server set up and maintenance, then I would consider elsewhere.
