"I dislike management."
"Very much a self taught engineering company. Overall, it is a good company."
"I loved it, but the other techs weren't pulling their weight and it just went unnoticed by management. The shop foreman took a hands off approach and just let the techs take long restroom breaks, long smoke breaks, hang out in detail four literally hours at a time. One guy who quit was allowed to come back to work after saying he just needed the job until he got hired at Walmart. Well the manager STILL hired this guy back. The management was a joke at this location."

"I like working with different types of people and selling cars."

"Be ready to work. It can be up and down in a commission position but it can be rewarding."

"Less hours, better schedule, higher pay, more respect for customers."

"Of course less hours, better schedule, higher pay, overall its well run and I wouldn't change too much."

"I started working at East Charlotte Nissan as just a sales person. There was plenty of support to help me become successful. Co-workers are friendly even in a very competitive sales environment. Only downside is the hours and lack of advancement."
"Dirty job. Hard labor in some areas."
"Great company culture, but poor pay and advancement. There are a lot of politics just like most of the automotive industry. You need to have the right boss with the right connections to advance."

"Where some employees get hand off sales where other are having a hard time getting sales."

"Treat every one fair and equal and keep it a fun environment."
