"My least favorite thing is paperwork. I clearly understand the importance of it but some of it seems redundant."

"The management I work for is very competent and support what we do at a high level. So I'll say keep it up."

"The cultural differences are there and it may affect you more then you would expect. Being yourself might be the best polisy , most of the people either stay with the company for a very long time or figure out that it is not for them in the first year."

"Insentives and recognition for the job well done , lack of direct communication to the parent company"

"Focus on the peole and give credit where it belongs , commonicate clearly and set up expectations in a timely manner. Encourage creative thinking."

"I loved the creativity it allowed me - to run geographic-specific promotions, marketing plans, and sales contests. I loved the family feeling of the company. I loved the positive attitude of everyone who worked for the company."
