"Fantastic campus, lifestyle, benefits. Great place to have a career if started there early during your career, i.e. as a young intern or fresh out of school. Much more challenging to fit in mid-career, as the culture is immature and office politics is like a school playground that can dominate any accomplishments. It's young and hip, the flip side is a lot of immature unprofessional behavior. It's a vast org with lots of micro culture, some much better than others, so do your homework."

While the company has excellent products, and is very highly received, the overall work environment is very stressful for the type of industry involved. I have received very little encouragement for development or advancement within the company, and have encountered stress at a much higher level than necessary for this type of employment."
