What do you like about working at Ross Stores?
"The co-workers are fine people, I get along with pretty much everybody."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I hear that the day crew is great, but don't go to nightcrew, you'll go insane. Maybe it's just my ROSS, but it is terrible nonetheless"
What don't you like about working at Ross Stores?
"There is a very, VERY big need for proper leadership. The manager is constantly at odds with her main key-holder (I believe that's what they call it), and there's a very big gap in communication, as in, it's non-existent, a lot of presumptions are thrown around with no real decision being made. One of the key-holders, which just so happens to be the one we deal with most of the time, is completely rude. Her attitude and comments to the ENTIRE crew is simply immature and unfounded. She needs a chill pill. There is a constant need for speed, but it's totally illogical. They expect us to finish a truck, process and run all of the merchandise while we don't even have half the people we need. I think they have re-hired, and fire more than a dozen people over a very short window."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get that lady out of there, because when shes not present everybody does amazingly, but when she is there, all of a sudden, it goes downhill"
What do you like about working at ShopRite?
"I don't like the inconsistent scheduling and the slow paced work environment"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do not work here unless it is a last resort. Decent employment in between jobs. Decent Second job. Hourly pay and available hours do not add up to a realistic living wage."
What don't you like about working at ShopRite?
"The management does not trust the employee to work independently, the workload is not spread evenly, there is little to no opportunity for asvancement, small raises and far between. An overall miserable company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"At least pretend to care for the employee, there is little payroll and usually a lack of help."

What do you like about working at Dillon's?
"I liked working at Dillons because I was able to work nights, and attend school during the day."

"I would work here if you are a night person."
What don't you like about working at Dillon's?
"Lack of respect from the management. The pay does not reflect the amount of work done."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire more people to get the work done in the time frame requested"
What do you like about working at PRIDE Industries?
"stock with other worker, and restock as needed. rotate food if date is good or expired"

"ask them about pride industries career and ask them why they hiring disabities if they didnt show them if they care bout it"
What don't you like about working at PRIDE Industries?
"everytime, boss come and check each worker for few minutes then leave to home,"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"if I running the show and show how much I do care about my worker to see if they feel happy about their job to work at job"

"The people we great to work with and I was sad to leave."

"Be ready to work real hard and lift items. Also it is overnight."

"The only thing would be no growth at all for the time spent."

"He was great at what he did, so only suggestion is to keep it up."
