"The work is very confined to a specific topic. There is not a lot of innovation or advancing of products. We do not push for efficiency but instead focus on metrics and making sure that management thinks we are valuable. There is a huge disconnect between where technology is in the public world and our world."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would streamline the processes and save money, probably pushing for a reduction of work so that we can rid ourselves of duplicate spending. I would make sure that we have few, but the best, employees. I would make rewards better while having stricter guidelines and timelines."

"I would breakdown the stovepipes, all for a more matixed organization and enough with all the approval boards. Get the pace of business to improve, stop shifting money around and make new employee's fee welcome."
