"I just want to say what a pleasure to work for this company. From the first day I started and every day following, it's been a blessing. This company is family-oriented and close-knit. The director, Vickie Jones, really knows what it takes to lead a company and its flock. I worked for this company for 2 years, and every 90 days she does an evaluation for pay raises. Each time I've passed and received bonuses or small gifts to show appreciation. Just recently we were hit with a hurricane disaster; not only did she pay us in advance, but she made sure we were all safe and had everything we needed for our families. I have witnessed how she interacts with her clients and you would think each child (more than 200 per caseload) is personally hers. She's constantly checking in with parents to make sure they are satisfied with services and that they are happy with their provider. I love the company/family that I work for. I can't wait to see how the company flourishes."

Not only does she treat her staff like family, but she is also willing to train and help you build within the company. I have witnessed her help others with school and work even after they leave the company. Even for those she has let go from the company, who have tried to tarnish her name and company; instead of fighting back, she chooses to ***kill*** them with prayer and kindness. "terrible pay, intimitating boss, inconsistancy in all aspects of administration, no regards for employee well being and exposure to harmful situations, dishonesty"

"create a structured environment, fair and just for all employees equally. Maintain accountability of being a dependable CEO and respect employees as individuals not exploit them."
