Not only does she treat her staff like family, but she is also willing to train and help you build within the company. I have witnessed her help others with school and work even after they leave the company. Even for those she has let go from the company, who have tried to tarnish her name and company; instead of fighting back, she chooses to ***kill*** them with prayer and kindness.
