"I was always selected to make suggestions to the founder and CEO directly a couple times."

"The current landscape here is uncertain, tenuous and stressful. This company isn't really a people-first type of company and despite many attempts to change that they are mired in who they've always been. My best advice is to tread carefully if moving forward with this company at this time."
