"I have worked over the last year for Newegg.com in their Newegg Staffing brand. We support the warehouse operations in Indianapolis with contingent staffing. Our goal is to help temporary positions become full-time opportunities. I enjoy working with the corporate team members as well as the on-site warehouse manager and supervisors. "homogeneous work and personality type kills creativity and encouraged mediocre work at worst. It was a constant challenge trying to get upper management to test out new ideas."

"leadership is horrible and short sighted. high percentage of company cares only about their monthly bonus and not actually doing a good job. Easy to do nothing and still get paid. Little oversite or training."

"Bring in all new management with actual US retail experience who are focused on turning the company around for the better. Stop using newegg as a cash cow for china development. Lastly, give your VPs some actual power rather then just a title with little say so."
