"I was a legal intern in the legal and compliance department of Newedge which is a brokerage and clearing firm located in New York, for two semesters of my law school term, from September 2012 to May 2013. I had a good experience there and improved my documenation and knowledge and research ability of the new regulation, Dodd-Frank Act and EMIR and worked on how these regulations apply to and affect the company and the clients of the company."
