"Neways is in a shift and I couldn't say how things are but I don't imagine they're stable. The previous CEOs were more caring but the current CEO as of 2014 I can't say, I do know that the investors really don't care about the employees. My department and boss was awesome, the marketing department was really lacking and had no idea what it was doing."

"There was room to grow and we were always busy. My manager at the time was very much into cross training which I enjoyed."

"Ask a lot of questions so you know the exact position you are getting into."

What don't you like about working at Neways International?

"Some of the employees were very unprofessional. They also were very willing to stab you in the back to take your position."

"Hire quality people who have respect for other employees and know how to act professional."

"I would tell them to make sure they knew what their job would be."

"Being an MLM, until the family sold the company there were some problems"

"They have had problems since buying the company. I would tell them to get back to what originally made them good."

"It is flexible for when you need or want to take time off for personal reasons. The pay is acceptable and benefits are okay."

"Make sure you know what you're getting into before accepting the job. Do a lot of research."

What don't you like about working at Neways International?

"Management is not particularly competent. Most people in management/upper management seemed to just be the lowest hanging fruit. Very poor relationships between departments (they mostly work against each other rather than working together). Very little recognition for good work. Poor communication."

"Show some appreciation for employees. Learn how to be aware of your employees job functions and responsibilities. Learn to communicate effectively."

"I really enjoyed working in the Sales and Marketing department. I enjoyed the event planning, the travel coordination, and project management of all the events."
