"Try and relate to other departments you might find your interests there instead of moving out. You do not need to be stuck you just have to look out for your self. Just always do your best work because you never know , besides it gives you a good night's sleep and most of all people are depending on you"

"It is not challenging enough for me. Lack of cooperation from both sides."
