"I've worked and managed retail stores for most of my career. I know what a good company looks like and a bad company. Coming to this company has been one of the best decisions of my life. The people are friendly and helpful. My team is some of the best and most hardworking agents. The vibe and atmosphere are always high and motivating. My general manager has a take nothing attitude but is also helpful and motivates the team on a regular basis. This job is not an easy one and you must be willing to grind and be self-motivated to make it here. Also, the training here is awesome. I am very thankful for my time here."

"as a Disposition Agent, you need to make sales and network any way possible. The company has a strong hustle culture and everyone in the office is super helpful if you need some pointers or advice on how to handle a situation. My boss was awesome and very knowledgeable, ready to help at any moment."

"I have worked for New Western going on 11 months. While it is true you get what you put in, there are many downsides. Real Estate is cyclical and when your list of buyers have bought and cycled out, you are right back to square one. It doesn't feel like a place to build a sustainable career. Also, when negative reinforcement is the go to motivator it is never a good look. Revolving door that does a good job of selling itself."

"I've worked with New Western Acquisition for over two years and am constantly impressed by both the quality and quantity of business done. As one of the largest wholesale companies in the country, New Western has continued to grow through a commitment to territory analysis and an adaptive approach."

"Great company to work for. The only reason why I left to find a new career path is that at New Western it is 100% commission only, no benefits, no 401k, no health insurance and had to make a change"

"Nice place to work with good people who seem to enjoy working there. The company pays a competitive salary, but it lacked in terms of benefits. Vacation and PTO were somewhat frowned upon, which was my main complaint. Just make sure you're aware of that and that you are going for a position you are qualified for!"
