"I have worked for New Western going on 11 months. While it is true you get what you put in, there are many downsides. Real Estate is cyclical and when your list of buyers have bought and cycled out, you are right back to square one. It doesn't feel like a place to build a sustainable career. Also, when negative reinforcement is the go to motivator it is never a good look. Revolving door that does a good job of selling itself."

Vacation and PTO were somewhat frowned upon, which was my main complaint. Just make sure you're aware of that and that you are going for a position you are qualified for!"
