"Worked in Tustin office, from the recruiting process through hiring and during the initial honeymoon phase this company appears to be a dream employer. Once committed the reality begins, under qualified and narcissistic managers know less than new employees. Favoritism to friends and family members. Owners, senior management and COO run the mortgage shop like a call center. Zero respect for the originator. In spite of poor sr. executives, NAF has some amazing, talented, hard working staff and originators. They deserve better, although they contribute 100% they are over shadowed by friends of the owners and not recognized. Too bad sr management and owners are so self absorbed, the biggest disappointment is when reality sets in, owners care about making enough money to make them feel above everyone. Nothing genuine about this culture at all."
