What don't you like about working at Briefing.com?
"I work 50 to 60 hours a week and I am on call 24/7/365 and they don't believe in comp time or I don't get any extra pay or bonuses for being on standby 24/7"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Look after your staff when they give their everything for the company otherwise they will move on when the opportunity arises."

"The staff, management, and technology. Working with other high level employees in other disciplins was very rewarding."

"Insure constant communication with all stakeholders for any project and understand what the company direction is for better IT planning."
What don't you like about working at Panasonic Avionics?
"Lack of overall process for the entire enterprise. Small division of Panasonic that generated a lot of revenue overnight - grew up too fast but we are getting there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire a COO to coordinate departmental silos and standardize business processes. Better communication between divisions."
