"Don't get in the Operations Center as there is no advancement."

"The environment that I worked in was under constant scrutiny, favoritism exists for some but not others. It was a boys club."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would have changed the focus from just making money and having favorites to making it a team based environment where a person's work was recognized, acknowledged and appreciated. Where the employee could make a difference and offer incentives to employees for ideas."
What do you like about working at United States Air Force?
"Great benefits. Leadership of those appointed in management positions were for the most part unparalleled."
What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?
"I don't like the fact that I have to relocate every 3-4 years."

"I have no words for management. Everything was done correctly in my opinion."

"It has a great work atmosphere, everyone is very friendly, and there are always new things to learn because they are always getting new upgrades on their equipments."

"Show that you are hard worker, team player, and a motivated person. I guess being honest is also a good thing to show."
What don't you like about working at T-Mobile?
"there's not very much I like about this company, other than I fell that some departments get under appreciated and under rewarded for their hard work."

"I think management should follow the company policy and going around the policy, and allowing others to do so."

"Strong product offering, good location. Actively working with customers' operation teams is a big plus."

"Be honest. Most managers at this organization have been in the space for well over 10 years and can smell a liar from a dozen paces."

"Inflexible positions, lack of advancement opportunities, and no training/tuition reimbursement."

"Better opportunities for advancement, bring back full medical & dental, go back to casual clothing (Shorts and flip-flops)."
