Submit a Review"I love the work and having to stretch my knowledge. I enjoy solving problems so life stays interesting. I enjoy being exposed to new technologies. It is enjoyable to constantly be meeting new people. My only real problem with the field is over the years customers have become increasingly hostile toward the person supporting them. I am trying to correct the problem yet am often treated like I am the problem."
"The best thing about being a network field engineer is that there was a lot freedom while completing the jobs and tasks. The position was performance based and had its rewards. What I did not like about this position is that it was compartmentalized and limited the growth that could have been."

"Make sure you are willing to put the customer before your needs."

"There is nothing that I really don't like about US Cellular."

"The only thing I would advise would for management to hold employees more accountable for their actions"
