"The people and diversity in the work environment, which was casual with flex time"

What don't you like about working at Black & Decker?

"Depends, salary became a factor for me to accept a higher paying position."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more open to personal who may not have all the experience looking for in a particular position but look at the person's personality and fit with others as a plus. You can always train someone to do a job but you cannot teach them people skills!!"

"I was the only one in the department and got to do several things."

"They had me travel all over NC even for the smallest fixes that I could have done over a net-meeting or equivalent."

"I have only good things to say about Centex American Gypsum."

"Keep up the high standards. Keith Metcalf, VP of Sales is an inspiration keeping me on the track to improvement. I have the ultimate respect for Keith and family."
