What do you like about working at Smartronix?
"Smartronix is a company that take care of thair employees, their manager normally will go the extra mille to keep the good assets on place. Manager are well cualified and educaded and they will normally take decisions base on reason and logic.I was in a contract that was lost to another CO. and 12 jobs were lost , the company dedicated a lot of resoucers to acomodate us in other positions inside Smartronix and if not try to get us interviews with Bussiness partners. No other big DoD contractor will do that, just Smartronix."

"Be honest, be yourself and highlight your achievements and accomplishments as much as your experience."

"To invest as much effort in employee relations as they do in increasing revenue."
