"They used to have a relaxed working atmosphere where people, who weren't paid as well as you could get elsewhere but the environment more than made up for it, would create great products that the company sold like gangbusters."

"I'd say don't wear a suit, but given the attitudes expressed in the last 6 months of my employment, they may very well have started requiring everyone to work in a suit & tie."
