"Great culture, fast-paced environment, not a lot of tolerance for nonsense, lots of freedom in your style of working (WFH, early / late hours, work environment), very little bureaucracy."

"Ensure that you know the business and the cutlure. Even the HR folks are very talented and they will try and ascertain your business aptitude."

What don't you like about working at Netflix?

"The role of the Engineering Individual Contributors is quite confined to just that. It feels like there is less business involvement that engineers of the level here would enjoy. Working with all-stars all around means that you can learn a lot from everyone but don't expect to be a mentor."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Branch out a bit more, be slightly more conservative. The attempted split was a bad move."
