This realy slims down their overall package. Also expct to work 24/7/365 with no time off at all. Rrely will you even sleep through the night."

"Accept that this is not the DOTCOM era. Great product ideas but they need to get handle on follow through. Performance contracts with Fortune partners matter. Chaos can incentivize the creation of order but the ETeam at Netflix actively creates chaos to foster constant change to the extent that they are hurting themselves in ways that perhaps once but that no longer foster positive change."
