3.9 This is a good company however the development team has taken a strike over the last few years and doesn't appear to give one the ability to really grow and expand resorting to outsourcing most of its work.

3.1 I've worked for Neogenomics for over a year and a half. The business itself is strong but there are many strategic decisions to be made which executive leadership seems to not be comfortable making, which leaves many of the rest of the employees--at least in my area of the business--having to deal with archaic systems where data does not match due to lack of SPOT (Single Point of Truth). Once some key decisions are made and the company is more serious about straightening their data out, the business will be a much better place to work from a Operations or Finance perspective.
