Customer Service Representative

"Unprofessional, discourteous thieves."

What do you like about working at NCO Group?

"There really isn't anything at all to say in defense of the company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't. Just don't. The company's attitude toward interviewees ranges between unprofessional and predatory."

What don't you like about working at NCO Group?

"I was offered a position at a subsidiary of NCO group, Protocol Global Solutions, as a customer service representative, contingent on two things: a clean background check and leaving the job I had immediately. I did so, leaving myself jobless for a few days until the new job started.. or so they told me. Turns out after offering the job and causing me to leave my old one, they discovered that they had hired about a hundred people more than they needed. And instead of telling us, they insisted that this was just a minor delay, and told us that we should all just wait patiently for a few more days, a week tops and they would arrange another new hire class for us.Bull.It's been more than two weeks, I am now completely unemployed, broke, and quite likely to lose the apartment lease I just worked towards for the last six months. And I still have yet to hear a definitive answer as to whether or not I will ever be employed by them. Getting hold of managers to learn what will happen has ranged between difficult and impossible, and despite their awareness of my situation I have yet to hear a single apology,"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Given the professional nature of this website, I think that it would be inappropriate to relay my rather anatomical suggestions to management."
