Passive aggressive leadership - playing monopoly with acquisition and peoples' lives due to poor forward planning around integration strategy. Negativity and rampant, conniving politics. Legacy Natus employees, have climbed into positions via growth but are not adequately trained to be managers. Many appear threatened, concerned about protecting their turf and motivated by personal power plays."
