"Struggled to succeed and survive a toxic environment and unhealthy work culture. Passive aggressive leadership - playing monopoly with acquisition and peoples' lives due to poor forward planning around integration strategy. Negativity and rampant, conniving politics. Legacy Natus employees, have climbed into positions via growth but are not adequately trained to be managers. Many appear threatened, concerned about protecting their turf and motivated by personal power plays."

"Work to stabilize instead of growth through acquisition. Invest in the right people for the job, define processes and quality infrastructure"

"I had the opportunity of doing many different things from managing the front office and planning all the parties to running weekly meetings and making sure the building was kept in good repair."

"Not really, just know you'll be paid well and have a nice benefit package, but expect to work a lot of extra hours."

"They made you feel easily replaceable and unimportant. It's hard to do an outstanding job when you're not sure it it's your last day every day."

"Tell the truth, let employees know when there might be another round of lay offs coming up. That way employees can do a great job knowing they're secure for another 6 months or whatever the time frame is."
