"I worked for Napster for about a year and a half, until the horrible year 2020 resulted in a huge loss of revenue (and my job). I worked on a team of 1, with complete control over the design and development of my software. In return for this freedom, I produced what I believe was a great product, helping my employer break into a new market (Japan)."

"The attitude to implement the new SQL versions was not too aggressive."

"I enjoyed the atmosphere and colleagues. I learned a lot from colleagues and clients. I believe this cemented my career as a QA consultant and Customer Support person."

"Be Honest and know what you are going to be doing if you are hired. They find a way of adding task to your plate."

"The hours kind of got long with all the updates we were having to push out all the time."

"Listen to the little people. We speak to the clients everyday and they have some really good suggestions to make the product better."
