I was not a match for an inside sales position. I am more suited to and excel currently in an outside sales capacity. I would advise management to be patient in job placements making sure the right personality type correlates to the right job description. I knew early on, I would be on the inside sales desk. I made a mistake in accepting this position from the get/go.
