"The local corporatre center is closing out soon and will be relocating in the midwest."

What don't you like about working at MV Transportation?

"They are behind in HR and Personnel advances and treatment. There are elements of the structure that need improvement in the area of responsibility and ownership of the bottom line."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Centralize less and look to the individual employees for ideas and inprovements in policy as well as procedures. Look past your immediate subordinate to the wealth of ideas in the entire staff. Allow ideas to flow up freely."

"Good pay, good benifits at union shop. This is only at Livermore Ca. Union City was a low pay and unsafe job with ZERO BENEFITS and no future."

"Look for a better opportunity than a company that seeks major profit and does not treat employees fair."

What don't you like about working at MV Transportation?

"employees were union, people who were of real value were layed off while incompetent employees were kept employees doe to union seniority rules. Union City was non union, very unsafe, very low pay, no future, no benefits, no good at all."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"First MV place was OK. Second job at Union Ctiy was an absolute disgrace."

"This is a great job, however the pay is not relatively close to what a skilled employee would get. I cannot think of another job like this one, if they would pay more and care about the quality of the driver then maybe they wouldn't have the revolving door that they have."

"Crappy Management. You have an operational manager who is not licensed and speaks little English. And a manger who doesn't know what he is doing. Stupid people in the office who are just lazy. The pay is horrible, maybe that's why the office is stupid and horrible. Fire them all!"

"I resigned- nothing. No retirement benefits either. I would suggest a person who has choices to choose another employer."

"Look elsewhere where you can begin with a retirement. You are wasting valuable time working for this contractor try the fed govt."

What don't you like about working at MV Transportation?

"Biased promotions and unethical practices at bid selection. I think you should re-think this employer seriously."

"Diversity and professionalism training. If you think that this company is for you rethink it."
