What do you like about working at Applied Educational Systems?
"I liked designing for the educational market. That give me a wide range of design possibilities. I would do a photo shot with models one day then do an animation the next day."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Know you will be talking with a Company that is great at designing and producing curriculums for the national educational market. And the people are fun and good at what they do."
What don't you like about working at Applied Educational Systems?
"we worked in a windows environment and I would have preferred Mac's"

"I was OK with what I saw in our management team."

"The company was small enough to know everybody; the culture welcomed collaboration."

"Understand the limited growth opportunities in a company with less than 20 employees."
What don't you like about working at Ciné-Med?
"There was no dedicated project management, and a sales force fond of promising dates for new products without consulting the development staff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stick to the bread and butter of your core product line; the margins are unbelievably high and the competition is all but non-existent. Getting into the generic web development business is not a worthwhile investment."
