"Absolutely love the challenge of having to come up with visual concepts to better help a customer reach and move their target audience in a way that it engages but also impresses them. I love the feeling I get when the end result turns out a great concept, ultimately leaving the client happy as well as the team. I'm a team player and love when ideas begin to bubble among a team of creative minds. I simply want to be a part of that... a part of a team atmosphere where I can contribute, but learn and grow as well. I hate that I can't seem to land with a great company. It can be frustrating at times."

"The challenges of excluding a member who was once on the team. I had to make immediate changes in order to meet the company expectation. Lots of changes added more hours to correct the balance of the video, ended up being somewhat stressful, but the ability to understand and know a lot of shortcuts, helped me to work and edit much quicker.. But in a professional and steady pace."

"How fake and absent the leadership is on a daily basis."

"Quit your jobs because you have failed miserably yet again."

"be quiet about your knowledge of technology - and focus more on foot traffic and new business"

"lack of technology, my immediate supervisors lack of knowledge of new media"

"promote those who have the skills that new reps need to succeed not just the years put in"

What do you like about working at SNAP?
"They gave me the opportunity to develop my skills as a Multimedia Designer. I came to them straight out of college, and they introduced me to this job field. I have been able to gain experience and build my portfolio."

"It's a great place to start out and to gain experience."
What don't you like about working at SNAP?
"They didn't have the most current and up to date tools for me to do my job. I was more productive on my home computer and they would not allow working from home, unless it was on the weekends."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Invest in their employees and business. Stay up to date with current technologies and tools."
What do you like about working at IQAir?
"There isn't much to like. It's an extremely controlling atmosphere where people's opinions don't matter so much as their willingness to bow before upper management"

"The average employee lifespan in 1 year, although some have been there as long as 5. View this job as a temporary position only. Plan to get out as soon as possible"
What don't you like about working at IQAir?
"The CEO is a micro-manager and the company has developed an atmosphere of paranoia and fear. Everyone works to please the CEO, who strongly needs to be considered the expert in all things."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The company culture cannot improve unless the CEO is removed from power. Institute an open atmosphere where people are not afraid to disagree with those in power so long as it is respectful. Institute management that is not afraid to admit to mistakes and is willing to listen to the employees instead of dismissing their ideas and later taking credit"
