"The pay was not good for the high cost of living in New York City; however, the learning experience was incredible."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A successful manager needs to have a Do and Sell mentality. Meaning getting in the trenches and not only performing some jobs, but over seeing them, making sure the safe delivers on time with a great quality of service. Client interaction is so important in the Geotechnical Industry. Make sure you do the project right the first time, deliver on time, deliver a great quality of service and deliver it ON BUDGET."

"It was a diversified position working for the Marketing Manager and senior Partner. Various computer skills were used and were always updated. administrative skills were part of the job, but there was also a creative nature to most of the work."
