"Motorola was once a great company which has fallen on tough times. If it can rebound, it may be a great place to work once again, but I do not believe this will happen. When I started there 20 years ago, there was a team spirit and a corporate culture of sharing expertise and capabilities. There was also a belief in continuous education and respect for employees. There are, however, still a lot of great people to work with at the company and this is what makes the situation bearable and sometimes enjoyable."

"The company has lost its mid western values and now operates totally out of fear."
