"Company has great benefits and offers good pay that's it. Management is out of touch and very unprofessional. Work environment is micro-managed even when no managing is needed. Supervisors speak to employees in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Don't join this team if you are a person that likes to be treated professionally."

"20 plus years in sales with MI and I find the opportunity to increase commissions very limited due to the the structure of national contracts. Too much work for compensation plan due lack of inside sales support, time consuming cost saving reports, and locked gross profit margins due to poorly written corporate contracts. There is no incentive to work most national accounts."
