"The freedom of working from home. The self accountability, that if you don't work you don't get paid. It allowed me to tend my family and still work when I wanted to and be very productive."

"it's a conservative company who has a great handle on the economy and how they need to position themselves within this economy to still profit and take care of their employees. Make sure your ideals align with theirs and you'll be fine."

"Care about your employees. Put someone in place to keep track of investor guidelines and changes in the industry to help be proactive rather than reactive. Keep your employees informed so that they can do their job correctly"
