"They have really good rates and we can close in 15 days."

"Keep the ads going all night because people fill out the applications at night also."

"It is 100% commission so if a loan doesn;'t close you don't get paid."

"Underwriting guidelines can be very strict and it seems that some of it is uncalled for."

"More communication from underwriting. Currently the system in place we are using for this measure-isn't the best. A lot of room for improvement."
