"The joy of helping a first time home buyer move into their first home to start their life together. I also enjoyed helping mature home buyers save money on shortening their term and pay off their home sooner. My pain comes when the requirements to obtain a mortgage loan require more and more documentation that applicants don't understand the need for all the paperwork. Also, Fifth Thirds appraisers always seemed to hit just above 80% LTV requiring PMI or more expensive fees. I believe it wasn't a coincidence and I didn't like relaying the news that the fee collected for a conservative appraisal was spent in vain."
