"I suggest that management keeps up the good work. The open door policy is great and allows the employees to feel like they can make a difference."

"The products were first rate, and management was open to my thoughts on growing the business. The stock options paid off nicely."

"I did not accept Berkeley's counter offer when I was recruited by General Motors. Even though their counter offer was more than my new offer, I committed to the new firm. Berkeley could have retained me if they had given me a raise before I accepted the recruiters call."

"Berkeley was purchased by Moog Controls. Management retired."

"Don't work there. You will just end up quiting."

What don't you like about working at Moog Videolarm?

"Its too much work! You can never get the job done. And people will get mad at you if you don't. You are suppose to do 100% count and the manager tells you just lie if they find a mistake in the count. There is no way to count 100%. You have to do a 3 person job- drive fork lift, enter in all product, count, label, put up product, and inspect all product and help solve the problems."

"Get more workers."

"The way in which they did the lay off for each department"

"That they really need to re-look at SLC since this was the most viable and least costly to run operationally."
