What don't you like about working at Mohawk Industries?
"Once Mohawk bought the company, the Mohawk cuture began to creep in and it stifled the creativity and entreprenurial spirit of Dal-Tile. Mohawk was centralized and micromanagers, while Dal-Tile gave employees objectives and resources and expected them to perform."

"Initially it was hard due to DAL take over of American Olean. It got better."

"I wouldn't count on getting paid what you think you should get paid. They will have you doing 5 peoples jobs and really don't care if you leave or not. They are so big that Mohawk figures if you don't do it they will find someone that will for low compensation."

"The pay was terrible. I did 5 jobs for the Mohawk in Waynesboro, VA. They wouldn't pay me what was deserved. That's fine though. I moved on and make 3 times more than what they paid me."

"Look over their pay structure again. I see on here where it stated the average pay was 50+ grand. LOL....Yeah Right!!!!!!!!!!!"
