"I have worked in the films division with Exxon Mobil and currently employed with Mohawk Industries. I have reduced all aspects of operating cost during my time with Mohawk. I have also worked in extrusion departments with Synthetic Industries located in Chicamauga, GA. Please accept my resume for the Assistant Plant Manager position with your company. Please do not hessitate to email or call with any further questions or concerns. Sincerely, Don Harrison"

"Budgets are tight so there is plenty of work to do and not enough resources to do it right, usually. Typical large corporation. Decent benefits, will work you to death if you let them, but great people."

"Terrible place to work, I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Sr. Management and above in the Logistics Department treat employees horribly. Instead of them accepting blame for bad decisions (made by them) they terminate the ones who executed their plan. No praise is given to the employees that do a good job. All employees at Manager level and below come into work daily wondering if that day is their last. Morals and ethics do not exist in the Logistics department of Mohawk."

"Worked with Mohawk since 2012. It's a decent place to get a good resume built up and the work is technically challenging if you're in a technical career, but middle and upper management can be a pain in the you-know-what. Too much micromanaging, not enough recognition for accomplishments that don't get seen by anyone on the executive team."
