"I worked at Mitel for 10 years and I have seen the quality of products slowly deteriorate as the shift has been to outsourcing. I witness many talented developers, managers, and directors part ways only never to be back-filled. I don't see much of a long term future as the only way these CEOs make money now is through mergers. That was all the people at the top make their big bonuses. Get ready for the next round of layoffs."

"I did not like the way some of the upper management treated their subordinates. I also did not like the manner in which staff is released and made to feel dispensable."

"The suggestion I have for management is tighter controls on who hires and fires individual department staff."
