"I've been working for Mindshare since 2020. I feel the company is very good at what they do but ultimately it really matters at what level they are treating their employees."

"I have been at MindShare since February or 2019. It is a solid company that really cares about its employees and does good work. However, they struggle with staffing their accounts, which leads to a high burnout rate."

"I've worked for Mindshare for almost a year. The hours are grueling and not worth the $33K salary a year. There's barely any time for a regular social life, and you'd probably be looked down on for leaving on time."

What do you like about working at Mindshare?

"low stress level, casual flexibility and freedoms. diversity of client mix and work"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Great place for up and coming starters in the advertising/ marketing space to learn the ropes and gain experience but not for the seasoned veterans. If you like well organized, informed and communicated plans and direction and a sense of empowerment or accomplishment, this place is not for you."

What don't you like about working at Mindshare?

"employees have no real voice or empowerment to communicate or take ideas to completion. employee growth and education is limited and viewed as something that could be used against the company if the employee was to leave the organization. Everything done is spontaneous, last minute and without clear communication and direction. Procrastination and inactivity and lack of response creates unecessary delays, rushes to complete projects and additional work. management seems to not care about making money or a profit."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would communicate to employees better about all aspects of the business and make clear each persons roles/responsibilities. I would let my employees have the freedom and room to grow and think on their own as well as make their own business decisions without holding the work process or progress up."
