"Too much change. We are always chasing our tail. Sr Management is always asking about people behind their backs. Work load is way too high and we never have the right tools to make life easier."

"Start being more open and honest. No one understands why the account numbers are not shared"

"It is a great opportunity to learn about the building permitting process. Decent training programs."

"The interviews seem to be rather informal. Ask questions about the overtime process and where the company sees its self in 2 years"

What don't you like about working at Milrose Consultants?

"The Owners are always in your business. nearly all projects are a rush is a rush. HR is a completes disaster. The director does nothing but complain to people. The benefit packages keep chaining. No Matching 401K"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a new HR director. Develop a correct rating system to evaluate performance. Stop making management changes all the time and hire enough APMs to spread out the work. There is no time to provide quality to the clients. Stop promising things to clients that can not be delivered"

"Compensation and salary are stable. There is always something new to learn and new personal goals that can be set."

"It is a fast paced environment where you are expected to hit the ground running. You have to enjoy the constant work flow and be able to handle heavy work load under pressure."

What don't you like about working at Milrose Consultants?

"Communication from management down to the employees was poor. Many broken promises from management and overall morale is very low. Your success if your failure was a common theme. Many past errors by management is repeated because the frequent change in staffing."

"Respect and value your employees. With all the experience that is required for the industry, revolving doors do not provide a stable environment for employees to learn the industry and perform well."
