"The Owners are always in your business. nearly all projects are a rush is a rush. HR is a completes disaster. The director does nothing but complain to people. The benefit packages keep chaining. No Matching 401K"

"Get a new HR director. Develop a correct rating system to evaluate performance. Stop making management changes all the time and hire enough APMs to spread out the work. There is no time to provide quality to the clients. Stop promising things to clients that can not be delivered"
