"BTW, I was under 22k per year. Regular M-F job, set hours and routines. Great learning experience in payroll issues."

"There was no interview...we were hired from the internet job search. But - surely have a positive can do attitude and want to work is key."

"No real benefits, low pay, and not permanent employment, contract work"

"Help find jobs for those that you train and the contract expires"

"I like the fact that we help people. I feel that I make a difference."

"No I do not have any other tips other than being honest and express yourself."
What don't you like about working at Defense Finance and Accounting Service?
"There is not nothing that I don't like. I enjoy the different schedules that I can work without getting management approval first. I enjoy the fact that we can work over and build time off. I enjoy my job just need to move away."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"At this time the government changes constently I do not have any suggestions because at times I do feel that we are going in the right direction."

"The people I work with are good people. There is a lot of knowledge and diversity to learn from."

"It is a good starter job to pay the bills but do not expect to last more than a few years without being discouraged."
What don't you like about working at Lockheed Martin?
"There is no room for growth or personal achievement. Unless someone dies or retires then you are stuck where you already are."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Communicating with your subordinates and rewarding them for a job well done would be a great start."
