"I've been at Microsoft for about 2 years and it is a really great place to work. I work in a small team of about 8 people. The team is very casual but we are still very agile and quick to meet most deadlines on time. I only wish that I had better compensation but I suppose that may be a consequence of working through a staffing agency instead of being an FTE."
