"The job description often asks or requires more than the job need. However, at the interviews, interviewers only ask things related to what their teams specifically do, or what I need to hire for. A lot of things you can learn when you're on the job."
What don't you like about working at Microsoft?
"I don't like writing test cases, and test automation is no longer fitting my interests. I'd like designing, coding, analyzing bugs, and fixing code problems."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest simplifying their communications, their doc instructions and internal documents so that people can find help doc quickly (like Google search)."
